Chandigarh, Dec 21 (UNI) Indian Pharmaceutical Congress & Exhibition (IPCE), a National convention of pharmacists, pharma academia, industry and senior Central and State Governments Regulatory officers, will commence at the Chitkara University Campus in Chandigarh, from December 22.
